A DEDICATED SOLUTION
In designing the Welco Estate and Fine Art policy, OnlyOne has negotiated with Lloyds of London a solution which will be tailored to your particular needs, with some unusual features:
- Your homes and estates throughout Europe will be covered
- Buildings will be valued at current rates should reconstruction be necessary The policy covers both interior and exterior possessions - with no deductibles
- An all risks global guarantee for accidental loss or damage will protect the contents of your home, whether in situ or in transit from one part of the world to another
- Personal effects, including clothing, audio-visual and electrical equipment, data and documents will be included, and all will be indemnified according to the cost of replacement, with no deterioration factored into the compensation
- Exterior items - such as trees, shrubs, plants and garden furniture - will also be covered, and current replacement values will apply
- Particularly valuable possessions, such as fine art, jewellery, antiques and furs will all be protected by the global all risks policy, and in the event of loss or damage, you will be reimbursed according to the value of each item at the time of purchase
PEACE OF MIND
In the event of a claim:
- Your estate will be guarded for an initial 48 hour period, furniture will be temporarily removed, and the cleaning of your property will be organised
- As the main beneficiary, you will be provided with a transfer back to your home
- Temporary relocation will be provided, arrangements will be made for the transfer and home care of your children, and - if necessary - of your pets
- The Welco concierge service provides access to a range of professional specialists such as locksmiths, heating and plumbing engineers, carpenters, electricians and glaziers - a service which will also be at your disposal should wish to repair, upgrade, purchase, sell or rent out any of your properties, and includes assistance and guidance with the administrative aspects of moving home
